First t-shirt design from yours truly! I participated in the Tapp Brothers Get Fit Challenge this year with over 7,000 people! At the challenge's end, all of us shared our results and reflections. A big goal for me this year is too combat fear. Too often, I allow fear to reign me in. How can I test my abilities, learn new materials, and evolve if I allow fear to manage my life? I exclaimed: "Fear is not my Master!" My newfound fitness friends inspired this t-shirt design because they loved the meaning behind my statement.
